Ok, good to see you on the forum.

1st. Tell me about your crew. For cv how many fighters and their base. For bb how many reps and engies and their base. Need to know this to help you.

2nd. We will not be taking anymore recruits until the server transfer as the fleet will have to start over there. That does not mean you cannot be aproved but you will not get in Ti until after we recreate on Bismarck server.

3rd. Change your FCS to aiming. It will be hard at the start but auto is not good and the quicker you get used to aiming the better.

1) I use manual FCS, been running manual for about 4 years now.
2) I have 2 level 45 Repairs, 1 level 40 Restore, 2 level 30 Engineers (all VBE)
3) I am currently working on raising the experience levels for all of these specialists to the same regional level, roughly.

Addendum/Side Note: I've been involved with Navy Field since the single-server point. At the time the Iowa was premiered in-game, I was present and accounted for. (X-Manofdeath destroyed it with his Nelson). I enjoy training/tutoring new players, working them through the process of learning the game, its mechanics, and flushing out their fleets. There isn't really all that much of the game's layout or features with which I am unfamiliar, save the French fleets. However, I am at present engaging in that field of artillery and naval outlay, so as to become more generally familiar with the intimate layout and structure of all fields of play and styles.

i know im run them for lower lvl for a little bit of sd boost ty thow its good to see a fleet that help out
